Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for an educational program, internship, training, or digital service purchased from Harion Research through the Platform. Under this policy:

1. 1. Cancellation requests will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if access to the educational content, internship program, training sessions, research material, or learning resources has already been provided, or if the program has commenced. Once access is granted or the service has started, the purchase shall be treated as final and non-cancellable.
2. 2. Harion Research does not accept cancellation or refund requests for digital educational content, recorded sessions, research material, internships, or training programs once they have been accessed or initiated. Since the services offered are educational and intangible in nature, they cannot be returned or reversed after access has been provided. However, in exceptional cases where the user is able to establish that access to the service was not provided as promised or was technically defective, the matter may be reviewed by Harion Research.
3. 3. In case of any technical issues such as non-receipt of login credentials, inability to access the learning platform, or incomplete delivery of the educational service, the user must report the issue to our customer service team within 2 days of purchase. The request will be reviewed after verification at our end, and an appropriate resolution will be provided, which may include restoring access or issuing a refund at the sole discretion of Harion Research.
4. 4. If the user believes that the educational service delivered is not as described on the Platform, the concern must be brought to the notice of our customer service team within 2 days of receiving access. After reviewing the complaint, Harion Research will take an appropriate decision based on the nature of the issue and the stage of service delivery.
5. 5. In case of any refunds approved by Harion Research, the refund amount will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
